I am a fully qualified executive member of the National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (NAVP) and I carry full professional insurance up to £3 000, 000 and as such am recognised by most leading insurance companies.
I have been working with horses for over 25 years in a professional capacity and have over 15 years experience in the equine veterinary and physiotherapy industry alone having worked as a freelance and hospital based physiotherapist and senior equine nurse in large equine hospitals in both the U.K and France and have worked with some of the U.K`s and France`s top equine surgeons.
I have run and managed an Equine Hydrotherapy Centre using various forms of hydrotherapy as part of post injury or post surgical rehabilitation programmes combined with supportive physiotherapy or used as part of a fitness and conditioning programme.
I previously evented professionally running my own event livery yard and specialised in buying, breeding, producing and selling event horses and am a BHS qualified instructor.
I have an in depth and all round knowledge to provide complete physiotherapy care for your horse and can provide remedial and re educative exercise programmes and provision of instruction towards achieving effective implementation of these exercises.
Ultimately the horse's conformation will dictate his future athletic performance and this is a key point to be bourne in mind with any training programme.
